Charlotte Claney is a senior at Middletown High School and this is her fourth semester in journalism. Charlotte is involved in extracurricular activities that include diving and lacrosse. In her free time she enjoys playing pickleball and golf with friends. Her main sport is diving and she dives on a national club team in Germantown. Her favorite dive is a 401b, also known as an inward dive pike. She hopes to further her academic career by attending a four year university in Florida or preferably somewhere warm and plans to study journalism or marine science. Charlotte enjoys spending time with her friends and family and always tries to make sure everyone is having a good time.
