From October 24th to the 25th, the MHS golf team took to the University of Maryland campus to compete in the Maryland State Championships. In the end, the Knights fought hard and earned a third place finish for Middletown. The winning roster included MHS juniors Nic Bradley, Joey Weiland, and Michael Decker, as well as MHS sophomore Joe Montgomery.

Nic Bradley, RT Today executive producer
Nic is a senior and is in his 4th semester of journalism. He plans on going to a four year college and major in journalism and minor in business. Nic enjoys competing on the MHS golf team and in individual tournaments while connecting with new people on and off the course. Politics and international news are Nic's main points of interest and pushes hard to inform the truth to those who are unaware of current events.
Clara Tam, News managing editor
Clara Tam is a senior at Middletown High School and is in her second semester of journalism. Outside of journalism, Clara likes to serve within the community through honor societies and nonprofits; moreover, Clara enjoys traveling and hiking. Once Clara is out of high school, she plans to attend the University of Michigan. She is looking forward to another wonderful semester in journalism for her senior year.
Tori Hofflinger, Opinion staff
Tori Hofflinger is a sophomore at Middletown High School. This is her second semester in journalism. Tori likes reading and animals as well as writing and European history. In her free time she likes to hang out with her friends or curl up with hot coffee and a good book. Tori’s favorite movies are Now You See Me 1 and 2. Her favorite types of music are classical and almost anything from the 2000s. In her future, Tori is looking to become either a history teacher or a veterinarian. She just started taking ASL 1 and plans to continue taking it as long as she can.
