Ashlyn Lauterbach is a junior at Middletown High School. This is her first year of journalism as she took “Journalism 1” in the fall term and “Journalism 2” in the spring term. Ashlyn plans to use journalism on her college resume as she plans to go into college for creative writing. Ashlyn is in the creative writing club at her school. Ashlyn did sports like gymnastics, cheerleading, and tumbling from elementary school to freshman year. Ashlyn quit sports for work as her dream school is University of Long Beach, California, where she hopes to pursue four years at. Ashlyn enjoys listening to music, skateboarding, shopping, writing, and going to concerts.
