The Academic Tournament team will have the first practice today in Mr. Kirkendall’s room at 2:30.

Attention Student Drivers: All students who drive to school must have a parking permit displayed on their vehicle. Fines for parking without a permit are more than the cost of buying a permit. Be smart and get yours today!
The MHS Drama Department will be presenting “A Christmas Carol” this year for the winter show. Auditions will be held for high school students in the auditorium on Wednesday, Sept. 16th, from 7:15 to 9:15 and on Thursday, Sept. 17th from 5:30 to 7:30. A sign-up sheet and audition details will soon be available on the drama board outside of Ms. Denton’s room.
Elementary and Middle school students may also audition on Thursday, Sept. 17th, from 3:30 to 5:30 in the auditorium. See Ms. Duva or Ms. Denton with any questions.
SGA is currently running a “Name the Mascot” contest. Please place your ideas in the box located in the cafeteria. The contest ends Friday, Sept. 4th.
