As we continue celebrating Read Across Maryland Month, here are some of the activities sponsored by the National English Honor Society: There is still time to enter the Dr. Seuss Writing and Art Contest. The deadline is March thirty-first. This Friday, March twentieth is the kick off for the Door Decorating Contest. Three winning classrooms will receive a bagel and juice party or a pizza party. Also this Friday, dress as your favorite Dr. Seuss character. Find out the favorite books of your teachers and win a Dairy Queen Coupon and support the Children’s New and Gently Used Book Drive for the rest of March. The Fellowship of Christian Athletes will meet Tuesday morning before school at six forty-five in Room 311. Everyone is welcome for a time of faith, fellowship, food, and fun. That’s tomorrow morning before school at six forty-five.
Have you heard of Ultimate Frisbee? It’s a fast-paced and enjoyable activity that Middletown now has to offer. Starting on March twenty-fourth, there will be an after-school Ultimate Frisbee club on Tuesdays from two thirty to three thirty.
