Ingredients: 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/3 cup chocolate protein powder, 1/4 cup peanut butter, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, 2 teaspoons caramel syrup, 1 and 1/2 cups ice
Directions: Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a cup. Add chocolate syrup and/or caramel syrup on top.
