Middletown High School’s Concert Band and Symphony Orchestra held their March concert on March 18.
The Symphony Orchestra preformed Celebration; The Good Daughter Overature; and Millenuim.
The Concert Band preformed Air for Band; Prelude, Siciliano, and Rondo; and Overture for Winds.
“I feel the concert went pretty good, even though there were some trouble spots, it still went well,” said MHS freshman Jessica Black.
The Symphony Orchestra traveled to Catoctin High School March 18 for its adjudication and received the highest rating possible, “superior”.
The Concert Band will be traveling to Tuscarora High School for its adjudication on March 24.
Amy Hoffman, MHS freshman, feels the band will score high at the adjudication because the concert went well and was “good practice before adjudication.”
The annual spring concert will be held May 13 at 7 p.m.
