The Middletown High School boys varsity basketball team opened their season today at home against Linganore. The Knights lost 60-47. Matt Collins led the Knights with 8 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 blocks. Kevin Harris added 13 points, and Morgan Winn scored 14. Early in the first quarter, the Knights were visited in the stands by the mysterious “Green Man”, a dancing student dressed head-to-toe in green spandex. JV won, by a score of 41-34.Tune in Friday as the Knights take on Urbana at home, starting at 7 p.m.

I came here just on the off chance that I’d find the girls’ JV basketball score [Coach Ayers has an amazing jumpshot by the way] before I read it in the paper tomorrow, how’d you get this so fast?
